We want your visit to be seamless. Please complete your new patient intake forms online before you arrive. Our digital forms are available 24/7. This makes booking easy for patients managing shift work or busy schedules.

Arriving at the Clinic

Our Glenelg clinic is designed for your comfort. We maintain a quiet, low-stress environment. If you are new to the clinic, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to go through our intake process. 

Free parking is available directly behind the building. We offer a discrete side entrance for absolute privacy.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are the consultations?

Initial medical and aesthetic consultations are scheduled for 30 to 45 minutes. We never rush your care.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our clinic has a strict cancellation and no-show policy in place to ensure efficient use of our resources and timely service for all our clients.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48
hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who
may be waiting for our services. Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours may result in a $100 cancellation or no-show fee. This fee will be charged via the card. information we have on file, only if the criteria of the
cancellation policy is not met. Thank you for understanding.

Fees & Medicare Rebates

We are a mixed-billing practice. We provide full cost estimates before any treatment begins. We can process eligible Medicare rebates directly to your account at the time of your visit.
